“Excellent service - great chair!”

I ordered the Turin chair for my son, to whom it was delivered, and he is delighted with the prompt delivery and ease of assembly, and says it's the most comfortable chair he could wish for. Delivery was due between 8am and 6pm, but when I phoned Customer Services I was given a consignment number and the phone number of the depot, so that I could obtain a more precise time. The depot confirmed delivery would be from 1pm and the chair arrived before 2pm. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
