The process for purchasing the tickets was quick and easy and the guarantee that the tickets were 'genuine' was a big reassurance. Seatwave sent follow up emails explaining the procedure for despatching tickets and also promptly answered my online request for information about the couriers. The tickets actually arrived two weeks before the event which avoided any last minute panic. Finally, when we reached the venue, the tickets we purchased were scutinised and confirmed as genuine by the stewards and the seats were located exactly where we had expected. Overall, a very satisfactory puchasing experience.
