“Lack of Service”

We attended the Goffs Park Hotel in Crawley Sussex on Friday, 30th November for a renunion of 16 people. The table was booked for 6.30 and we were still awaiting our starters at 7.30 and we did not have our Main courses until after 8.30. Bearing in mind that we had pre-booked all the meals this was not acceptable. When we chased the staff they were apologetic and eventually we were offered a free drink each.

We will not be visiting this establishment again and will not be recommending it to our friends or family.

The food was average but we had the feeling that it had been plated up for some time and waiting to be brought to the table.
