“Enterprise - do they have a customer service department?”

I hired a Polo in Cork from 16.10.12 to 23.10.12. On return it was noticed that the rear bumper was cracked, as we decided not to take additional DW,(BIG MISTAKE - but we were on a tight budget) we paid the additional excess to a total of 1200 EURO. We were completely unaware of this damage and it came as a bad surprise and sad ending to our holiday in Ireland. We were told the car would be taken to Kennys Bodyshop for repair as they were a cheaper repair company and that we would be contacted with arrangements for the return of the excess. We have not had any contact since. I have emailed customer services but no reply. A new bumper does not cost 1200 EURO. Perhaps I will now get a response.
