“Ripped off ...don't use this firm or buy instore !!!!”

Bought coat it was too big returned promptly with receipt....Gutless store manger who would not even out of courtesy give me his name REFUSED refund on a genuine reason for return.Was forced( they already had my money) to accept gift voucher which i spent promptly on goods that i did not need !!!....exited the store and will never return. Reviews on several site suggest complaining will do no good .... people beware of SD because you may come out of the store feeling well and truly conned.
