“Danielle mens department in house of fraser Glasgow”

I would like to praise Danielle who as at hand in House of Fraser Glasgow on Friday 30th November 2012 with her patience her charisma and her friendly smile and really looking happy at being at her work and doing a great job. She was the changing room attendant and nothing was a bother to this person. My husband was trying on Armani jeans and she made sure he got the correct fit on the waist and they do a free of charge within an hour hemming service also which i think is terrific and she made sure the leg length was perfect and measured it all perfectly and within an hour we went back and were given these fantastic jeans with the required length. This girl is a cedit to the house of fraser as some young people they employ just stand about watching paint dry but certainly not her she could not do enough for. Hope your bosses read this Danielle as you deserve to be recognised for your outstanding customer care.
