Fido, you and your customer service really suck, for 5 yrs I am you valued customer, just for this moment that i ask for an upgrade, I keep calling you since early 2012, customer rep says upgrade will be on december.. Now Nov 30th, 2012. I call you and told them (customer rep) that i will be at the market mall to pay my bills and at the same if by any chance get an upgrade because i dont have any other available date, customer rep says should on the 5th of december and no chance for dec 1st.. Like what the hell!! Like how many times I will BEG you for an upgrade.. Like I am the customer and I am PAYING your services, I am not a beggar!!
