“BUYER BEWARE!!”

I had a horrible online shopping experience with this company. If you're thinking about purchasing clothes online, think twice! I had ordered a small coat for $150 us dollars. I received the coat within a couple weeks, but they had sent a medium instead of the small I had ordered (I double-checked online.). It was already an oversized coat so it looked silly. I used the prepaid shipping to return the coat the next day. I waited around three weeks with no response. I contacted them several times through email, and received no help. I got no apology for sending the wrong size, and they kept asking for THEIR tracking information (I need to start keeping better records, and taking pictures.) they refused a refund, so luckily I had purchased the coat through PayPal. I made a claim, with stil no reposne from oasis clothing (which goes by Andotherbrands or aurora). I had to escalate the claim a few days later (PayPal will fine companies if they think they are in the wrong.) I finally received my refund 5 weeks later. Please do not buy through this company, they are running a fraudulent business!
