WRITE A REVIEW

“Useless”

1st order i was charged 3 times AND marked as a late payment when i paid it 6 days before due date! Set up a DD for when i was away from the country, had written confirmation AND called to check it was set up only to find out today it hasn't been applied for even tho my account page states it will be taken by dd on 23.11. Decided to give them one last chance have just ordered 2 items and they have somehow been dispatched to different addresss from my address book and i have been charged £4.95 for collect plus and £3.95 for the other delivery?????

I will be closing this account ASAP
