I have been sent an advent calendar but it is impossible to load it. The help desk was no help. I have done everything they have suggested - turned off the firewall (reluctantly), downloaded Air, kept the browser open - and all I get is an error message. It has worked in previous years, but not this year. I was going to buy some to send to friends but it is now too late and I will be giving it a miss.
