Hotel le relais st charles cancelled my booking so many times after accepting it and when my client got to the hotel in Paris ,they were told that , i used fake credit card details!!!! how can i do that when the booking was meant to be a reservation only? the cancellation policy of 1 day before check in was not observed and on top of that they caused a litigation from my client.i have lost that client due to the inadequate business relationship details you have with some hotels,please do cement all loopholes to avoid issues like this.
