“Got worse over the years ”

Prime delivery no longer reliable. They spam me all the time-and have obviously given my details to third parties as the 'amazon local' spam I receive testifies to. Apparently they dislike paying UK taxes and their customer service department specialises in answering a different question to the one you asked if it doesn't want to answer the actual question
