Ray has very good customer relations skills. He seems very laid down, cool, patient and polite. I would definitely book a ticket again with Ray. I definitely think that Ray can teach "how to talk to customers" to Business & Marketing students. He is the best at it. The only thing is that price quoted should be a little more competitive and time provided between booking and payment should be a little longer. Other than that, Ray is the BEST.
