on 4 Aug 2012 I payed 56 USD for the product "SCOTT 2012 team sporting cycling long jersey & pants", and waited fro the product which failed to arrive. I payed via paypal. I did not pay attention to paypal's regulation that they do not handle any dispute 45 days after date of payment. when I complained to paypal it was already to late. they did nothing. I sent mail to the supplier cycling-monton. I got a tracking code of the parcel which was sent to me. I folowed this code. It turned out the the supplier sent the product to Spain instead of to Israel. the supllier said he was very sorry. he refused to resend the parcel. he refused to return my money. I had to pay extra 25 USD in order for him ti send the parcel again. this time it arrived.
