I had problems trying to capture the confirmation information since I didn't have access to a printer, then I accidently erased my confirmation information to the hotel. When I called their customer service number, I was able to reach a real person right away and she was very patient and friendly. Once i gave her my email address she was able to re-send the confirmation information and gave offered me reassurance that the reservations were captured and available to me through my email. Thank goodness. This was my first time booking an overseas hotel. Very pleasant.
