As in the posts below, got a confirmation email of my orders, but no goods recieved (order placed 15/11) and no reply to my many emails! No chance of getting my money back either as I stupidly didn't use paypal. This company is just terrible.I've been holding out to re-order somewhere else incase they turn up, but I see now that isn't going to happen.
