“Terrible customer service and delivery”

My order was late and I got no response to 2 emails that I sent via their site to inquire why and when was I likely to get it - so I called them which proved difficult as most of the times I tried they just say that they are busy and cut you off after telling you to email - but I got through eventually. The person was totally unhelpful and suggested that I cancel the order, which I did. She said I would have my money later that day.

I have, of course, not received my refund.

I have emailed them twice about the refund, again through their site, and again have received no response - and of course, they are too busy to answer the phone - they just instruct the client to email using what they call "fast response", which they then don't respond to.

I will never use these people again and would recommend everyone stay away from them.
