We attempted to book 1 room and received a confirmation for 4 rooms. We immediately canceled 3 rooms and were contacted by booking.com later and told the hotel would not let us cancel one of the 3 remaining rooms. When I mentioned that their website was misleading and we had only intended to book one room the booking .com agent said that she'd made the same mistake on their website. Booking.com said we should take it up with our credit card company. This website would not take any responsibility for their own site. If it had been a travel agent we had used and they made a mistake they would rectify it. Check around I've found over 300 reviews similar to mine on this despicable company.
