“Customer service”

I was very impressed with the on-line personal service. Email communication was quick, friendly and efficient. I had a very particular spectacles case that I wanted and care was shown to ensure I received what I needed. There was also the option - not needed - to return items. This is so important when dealing with on-line spectacles. Beware sites that don't offer this.
