We had arranged to hire a seven seater mini MPV from Enterprise when our Australian friends and their two teenage sons came to stay with us this summer.



The car that was prepared for us was a KIA and only just a seven seater. The seats were so badly stained that we were embarassed to take our friends out in it. The car was very hurriedly pressure washed while we were waiting so it was still dripping wet when we inspected the outside and neither the manager or myself noticed a mark on a door. That caused an argument when we returned the car.



All four tyres had low pressure. They should have been at 2.4 bar and were down at 1.9 bar. There was no spare wheel and half of the inflation setup that should have been present in place of a spare wheel was missing.



Never again.
