Loughborough chair was delivered next day. Price was excellent. Chair was very well packaged. Assembly was easy. I followed the online video, doing exactly what was done onscreen - 20 minutes later the chair was successfully assembled. No additional help was required. Assembled product is smart, strong, comfortable and functional. Very pleased with the chair and the service.
