I wanted to upgrade my existing hosting package so decided to ask about the procedure through eUKHost chat. I went to Sales department and was warmly greeted by Allen who, after reading my inquiry, quickly redirected me to billing department. There, Shawn greeted me and told me how much extra I would need to pay to upgrade. He raised the invoice which I paid whilst being on the chat and he confirmed that the payment has been transferred and is being processed. I was assured by Shawn that upgrade will not affect any of the existing content and the transfer will be completely smooth.
The whole process literally took a couple of minutes and eUKHost staff were very polite and efficient.
