Firstly take not that all the positive comments are from people who have never reviewed before.
I paid for an unlock and 8 weeks later still waiting, the customer support number just keeps you on hold at a premium rate, and support email just gives lame excuses that orange are moving their call center to India.
I have taken a screen shot of every step of the order process and support messages that were later deleted, Trading Standards will be notified and I will make a direct claim to the director JODY JOHN SANDERS who is clearly in charge of this scam.
