I was concerned about using an agent to get a visa but getting a Visa for India is a nightmare using the official website. I spent an hour putting in my details and the system crashed and I lost all the info. Despite doing as they said and noting down the temporary code. The offical site can't also say how long it will be for them to issue Visa. Plus they sorted out the right size photo just by us sending a Jpeg via email. Our Visa's were all sorted and returned in a week. Absolutely worth £25.
