Awful - worst dry hair extensions ever. I gave them a chance to fix it, thought they might have good customer service. Not a chance - I was civil. I rang them and spoke to the woman - she said she'd call me back she didn't. Called her the next day and they were rude and unhelpful. My hair sticks out in a pony hail and 17 of my micro rings have fallen out in 5 days. Save your money for honest hair extentionists. 260 pounds I paid - i'd been saving up and I have never been more disappointed in a service. Don't let it happen to you! So upsetting
