“fantastic customer service”

was impress with their site and i decided to give it a try to unlock my phone. at first, the code didnt work. i emailed them about the issue. i recieved mail back to provide more info of the problem i did and they sent another code which worked. i initailly feared they wont reply me but they did. problem solved.
