I ordered a simple hoodie. Received a jacket and invoice for some guy in Belgium (I live in Germany). Then was asked to send the item back via tracked delivery and they would resend my ordered item as soon as they receive the tracking number.
It has now been three weeks since the return was delivered. So far nothing but senseless E-Mails telling me about various times they need to "process my return".
Strangely the Belgian guy received his jacket right after I had resent it.
And don't get me started about the apes "working" at customer services. I'm sorry, even primates would do a better job just reading what customers write.
I'll be happy if I ever receive either what I ordered or my money back. Not talking about the promised refund for the return.
How can FC Barcelona work with such reta*ds?
