“No flowers arrived for a very special occasion ”

I used this site as the prices appeared to be competitive and the reviews seemed ok. No flowers for a very special occasion were delivered due to "a technical fault" according to the customer services assistant I spoke to.
The apology was pathetic and somewhat insincere and I was asked if I wanted them to be delivered at a later date! Of course I said no, and that the opportunity to make someone special's day had been lost.
I was promised a refund but that really doesn't make up for this error. What a shambles; do not use this company - stick to tried and tested like Interflora, they may be more expensive but in my experience always reliable.
