“The worst renting experience!”

Service was ok at the rental desk, even when I returned the car it was good.
Anyway the car was not working properly, I got problem with the steering wheel (vibrations), so I called the customer service and they told me the only thing to do was returning the car to Newark!! I was already far away and couldn't change my trip just for changing a car, so I decided to drive anyway, slowly and paying more attention. So in general it was very annoying..
