I have a policy of following up complaints and equally of thanking those who are especially good.

I have 4 sites hosted with you, I started off with free hosting, and have moved on over a few years to run an ecommerce shop. You have helped with various problems, including using SQL, adding SSL and using Cron jobs – things I knew nothing about. Your support staff have been fast and have replied to my questions in words I can understand!

For free hosting you are unbeatable, and the cost of the upgrade to gain extra bandwidth was less than I thought.

I have also been really pleased with the way you add extra features.

Thanks again – your support has surpassed any expectations I had.
