“"very good deals''”

No doubt that they have very good deals for flights and holidays packages which perhaps you will not find with other travel agents. Although I am happy with the prices, they were not able to gurantee that I will get bulk head seats on the plane. they could only take my request saying it's a special request and is subject to availability. And although I did get them onbaord, I feel the unnecessary anxiety that I had was easily avoidable if they could have guaranteed the seats at the time of booking.
