I tried the GI diet plan and am over the moon with the results. In 8 weeks I have lost 10.5lbs and in this time I had a number of slip ups and also did not exercise very much, who knows what I would have lost otherwise. The principles of GI are to keep you fuller for longer with slow release energy foods. It is the first diet I have been on that doesn't feel like a diet, it actually feels like I could eat like this from now on with the naughty bits just being treats. The website is brilliant and really helps you keep a track of what you are eating. I love the eating out guides, because of these I still managed to lose on weeks where we ate out. Even better is the weekly feedback and live chat functions. You really do get a lot for your money. I highly recommend the Tesco GI diet.
