Ekm is a really good system to use, very easy and brilliant for anyone new to ecommerce. My trouble with ekm started when I wanted to cancel.
Firstly, everything you need to do to set up an account is done online and is very easy. When you want to cancel you have to put it in writing or call a premium rate number.
Secondly, when you get through to "customer service" you have to be transferred through to the "cancellation department" who are conveniently all busy on calls. The customer service team will then take your number and arrange a call back.
Thirdly, you never gat a call back.
In summary a great product but beware if you want to cancel.
