“$5500 FOR MONTHS OF PAIN AND NO RESULTS”

I purchased a full-body package for my wife at $5500 back in 2007. Her plan was for 9 full body treatments, split up into 2-3 sessions each (20-30 total sessions). She was told that by the 3rd or 4th session, she would see significant results. She was also told that she was a perfect candidate since she has light skin and dark hair.

A few months later, 4 treatments passed. The hair would fall out within a week, then grow back to normal within a month. They kept going to more agressive lasers, which was more painful (despite having to put a numbing cream to dull the pain). We started getting management involved and went to corporate by the 8th treatment. Opened a BBB complaint, but got no results.

So here we are a few years later. My wife still has to wax the same as before and we are just $5,500 poorer. Not only that, but she had to go to waste time going to 20 1-hour sessions of painful laser treatment. Would not recommend to anyone.
