This was the first time I have booked a complete holiday package covering accommodation, flights and rental car. The website was easy to use and provided good value for money when compared to other travel agent websites. It was easy to move to cheaper flights by adjusting travel dates or airports. The accommodation was well described with good linkage to reviews. There were no disappointments as the accommodation turned out to be exactly as described. The connection to the flight booking was seamless. There was a lot of paperwork and multiple invoices for the various elements of the travel. However my only area of trouble was the difficulty in uploading photos as part of my review of the hotel and area. Repeated attempts did not work and no error messages were provided.
