Dear Mark & Clare Shenton,

I'm really pleased by the quality of your products, they are nice, cozy and perfect to wear in different weather conditions.
They are really nice, now all my friends would like to buy some.
But I must say that I also appreciate your customer service, for example, I received the last order in only 3 working days. I don't know howe you do it, but it is great that I don't have to wait my order for endless weeks.
