A Terrible branch...676 Upper Glen Street, Queensbury-(518)745-5020...Rented car twice from this branch in 4 weeks, and it's just full of issues. Charged more than the confirmation I had...They failed to notice the head light misalignment when I picked up the car, and fell on my head when I returned it..And finally, I was charged for additional day though I returned the car on time..(Will not believe me that I was not told the car has to be returned during office hours)....I would pay few bugs more for other rental companies than going to this branch and meet the crazy manager (Allen her name, I guess). PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT PEACE IN YOUR LIFE.
