“ LAZY staff would not serve me, busy chatting to each...”

I always shop in Beatties, Grange Road, Birkenhead. Spending a lot of money on Chanel perfume, on Saturday 17 Nov 2012, I was in the store to buy perfume, standing at an empty counter whilst staff were having a conversation 3 of them to be exact, I could see they had seen me, but chose to ignore me, as they must of been very busy talking, after 10/12 mins, O went over to see if they would serve me, I told them what I wanted to buy, and I returned to the Chanel counter, it was another 5 mins till someone came to serve me, after they had finished their conversation, I really was not impressed, it will be a long time till I return, think they need training in customer service, Beatties always was the best, going down hill fast, very very rude what they done,  a very unhappy customer.
