“Horrible unacceptable policy”

If you want to skip the refund for the unused ticket (mind you, 30 days prior to your visit). they WON'T refund it for you. Oh they will return a 3$ service fee.
Should you feel like connecting the customer service - you might want to waste much more on international call holding for a whole 15 mins for someone to answer and tell that you WON'T get any refund.
The site won't work and won't open properly.
Smells like cheepster in here. I'm out.
