As always Dataflame on line chat keeps on going until the issue is resolved. Not being technically expert, very time I change pc I seem to have to engage with dataflame support and I always end up with a solution. It is useful that I can remember my original log in details though !! Dataflame and Zonealarm are the best at on-line chat to resolve problems !!
