“Stick at it”

Having tried every diet under the sun I thought I'd give CD a try after reading an article about it. In the grand scheme of things I haven't got a huge amount of weight to loose, 2 stones. My consultant recommended the third stage, with 3 CD products & a high protein dinner, chosen from a list of foods from your booklet. There was no way I wasn't going to follow the plan wholeheartedly as I'm determined to loose this weight. First week, made sure I drank lots of water before & after having the shakes & soups just to kind of dilute the product, as id heard they can make you feel a bit sick. Seems to have worked as felt fine. Really enjoyed having a relatively normal dinner. Am allowed 3/4 pint skimmed milk on this stage of plan so usually have a milky coffee about an hour after my evening meal and this fills me up until bedtime. Lost 5 pounds the first week and had a sneaky look at the scales at home this morning and lost a further 3 pounds and only on 3rd day of week 2! Yay!! Am optimistic that I'll loose the 2 stones. Definitely think having the 1 meal a day is a huge bonus though. Don't have any of the nasty side effects that the sole source & sole source plus apparently give you. If you're just starting out on this, stick with it xx
