“Not delivered”

My best friend in Canada is going to be 50 on 18/11/12. So I decided to send flowers to her. I have never sent flowers that far before and this was my first time. As they only deliver (or in my case not deliver) Monday to Friday I arranged for them to be delivered Friday 16/11/12 and guess what they never arrived. I am so upset and disappointed . Tried contacting customer services who told me sorry international office hours are Monday- Friday so here I wait until Monday to speak to someone!!!!!
