MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A MOSHI T SHIRT FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AT THE THURMASTON STORE (LEIC'S) WHILST 'DABBLING' ON MY LAPTOP, MY HUSBAND CAME ACROSS THIS WEBSITE AND THE SAME T SHIRT (ABOVE)HE PROCEEDED TO ORDER THE T SHIRT (ABOVE) AND THOUGHT HE HAD 'DONE WELL'.
UNFORTUNATELY MY HUSBAND SUFFERS WITH ALZHEIMER'S, AND. AS OFTEN HAPPENS, HE GOT CONFUSED 'AND' FORGOT WE HAD PURCHASED THE T SHIRT (ABOVE)!!!!

WHEN I TELEPHONED I WAS TOLD IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, THAT I/WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE T SHIRT (ABOVE)'AND' WOULD ONLY GET A REFUND FOR THE T SHIRT FORFEITING THE £3.99p PP PAID! HENCE ~ THE TRANSACTION FOR "NOTHING" HAS COST £7.98 p + RETURN POSTAGE + MY VALUABLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

"AND THE PARCEL ARRIVED LATER THEN HAD STATED ~ WHICH WAS TOO LATE FOR OUR GRANDAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY!!!!

WHERE DOES THE COMPASSION ~ SENSITIVITY ~ UNDERSTANDING AND BEING A GOOD CARING BRITISH PATRIOT COME INTO THE AQUASION!!!!


IT’S A SHAME ~ AS THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE GOOD QUALITY AND VALUE!!!!
