Chris,

I am delighted to be able to inform you that the Sales Staff (on a Saturday afternoon), were extremely helpful in advising the optimum solution to the particular technical requirements I presented. I took advantage of your 'Express' service, with the fully 'Customised' Unit being assembled and dispatched on Monday, with delivery mid-morning on Tuesday. Impressive!

I am delighted with the Product, and your Service.
