Although we have only used The IT Service for training purposes, the company and its founder Andrew Richards have proven time and again to us to care about the level of service we receive as their customer.
Where training specifications have not met our needs the IT Service worked hard on tailoring the training to our requirements and/or finding an expert that can fulfil the necessary role.
I have found them to always be very attentive, knowledgeable and customer focussed (something all too often a rarity these days).
In the time that we have been using them, the IT Service has been open to any input and willingly given advice when asked.
I have also been impressed with the efforts made so that we felt we were getting good value for money from the courses provided.
