I ordered toys on 4th October for my son's birthday- given an estimated delivery of 16-18th October. On the 18th, I contacted WAE asking for an update as my order still said "awaiting fulfilment". I was told it would be another 3 days as awaiting delivery. Guess what? Didn't arrive in 3 days, I had no update from the company and on contacting them I was told it would now be 1-2 weeks before delivery!! My sons birthday having come and gone I cancelled my order ( ordered with Tesco Direct who delivered same items the next day) and was told my money would be refunded immediately. It is now 13th November and I have not received my £125, which is obviously merrily gaining interest in their account. APPALLING SERVICE AND POSSIBLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I guess my next step is to contact my credit card company but I am so angry!
