Im surprised these people are still in business after the bad reviews they have. I bought a dress for my sister's birthday and paid for overnight delivery. I had a family member who was flying abroad to deliver the dressnicely wrapped and what have you. Not only did the dress not get delivered they claimed they had attempted to deliver it but could not find the place! So this courier who is contracted by boohoo has a depot in Manchester but cannot find an address in Manchester? What kind of bungling buffoon do these people employ?
So they ask for a phone number just in case they get lost again and they get the number. day 2 and guess what? They didnt deliver again! So I ring the number on the website and the guy on the phone doesnt even seem bothered that my package which was supposed to be delivered yesterday didnt get to me at all. He says I should take it up with Boohoo because I bought the dress from them. Long story short my sister didnt get her dress as a present. Thank God for that! But what about the bad customer service? What about accountability? Who is accountable for these blundering idiots? They cant just say to people we sell stuff and take people's money then not deliver! They have to be held accountable.Safe to say I will not be buying from them ever nor will anyone in my house!
