“I wanted to order a bouquet to be delivered in France...”

I wanted to order a bouquet to be delivered in France and like this website for the choice and the price they provide. I used the chat service to ask about delivery prices for the international. The answers I received were disappointed and not what I was expected as I was told that I had to pay for delivery even if I placed the same type of order 2 months ago and did not pay for it. But I was offered a voucher of £5 to use instantly, which covered the cost of the courier so I am very happy about the outcome and the way my request was treated.
A little however would be the time it took me to have all the answer, nearly 10 minutes, which I have to admit is probably the same than on the phone but easier and free.
