“Unlocked my Samsung Galazy Q”

I recently bought a phone from craigs list that I was told was unlocked. Well it wasn't and it was late and I wanted to get a code without going out so I connected with this company. It was not as fast as I wanted (which was immediate) but they sent me a code within 24 hrs and after some experimenting on my part it worked. I was expecting faster service because it was online but I did get great personal service and response from the team who really are very helpful. They even do a follow up to see if you were successful in unlocking your phone, great customer service, keep it up it is so rare these days (emailing gets an almost instant response.)
