“What a complete nightmare!!!!”

Extra windows fitted bi-fold doors that didn't lock, couldn't shut, the wrong colour glass, handles and hinges. High threshold when we asked for a flush one. Patio doors didn't lock properly either and windows had gaps in them. Yes bet u can't believe this but I am not making it up, we took them to court and won but guess what, now they are refusing to pay court costs. It couldn't have got any worse. For over two years this has been going on so beware if you are going to use them.
